When you show off your team you build your brand and create trust.
Kyoto Group is an innovative company that makes renewable energy available and inexpensive for most of the industrial world. More and more people are interested in helping the green shift go quicker. When two of them – Agnieszka Sledz and Henrik Holck-Clausen – were headhunted and hired by Kyoto as Chief Project Officer and Chief People and Culture Officer, we were given the task of introducing them to the world.
We chose the short video format.
It is effective and relatively easy to do. Also, social media loves video. People love videos. By rapidly switching between a Talking Head-interview and some B-roll in slow-motion of the new employers roaming the inviting office grounds, we created 2 x 90 seconds of simple, effective and understandable content. Both videos elegantly show off the two new human additions to the brand family, as well as letting the audience understand what Kyoto as a company intends to do for the world at the same time, by letting Henrik and Agnieszka talk freely about their tasks and goals for their own new roles at Kyoto.
